Join our team in Bengaluru, as a full time Office 365 Administrator.

What is the role about?

Configuration of security policies in the Microsoft 365 environment, including threat management, application sharing, and device management.
Second-level support for IT problems of colleagues at all locations.
Ensuring the trouble-free operation of IT systems and application software.
Design, selection, optimization, and further development of system software and hardware configurations.
Maintenance of the internal IT documentation as an interface between the teams.

You fit in with us, if…

You have completed training as an IT specialist, state-certified technician, or comparable training, or are a career changer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
You have sound professional experience as an IT specialist in the Microsoft 365 environment/administration.
You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications and their sub-products (MS Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerShell, Cross-Tenant). Nice to have MS-Dynamic & Power BI
You have practical knowledge in the administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
You are a communicative and proactive person who enjoys explaining technically demanding topics in an understandable way.
