Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy and performance of team deploying the IT systems for smart metering.
Contributing to development of our internal processes and systems to ensure information flow but also employee satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets for investment, operating costs, and resource allocation for IT applications related to smart metering projects
Delivery of projects adhering to timelines with effective risk management plans.
The applicant for the role must have at least 20+ years of experience managing information technology and operations in the energy sector in domestic & international market
The applicant must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Applicant must have a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and best practices to effectively navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
