What is the role about?

Develop and execute strategic social media plans, primarily targeting LinkedIn, to meet business goals.
Lead strategic planning and execution on LinkedIn, utilizing market insights to drive brand authority.
Optimize social media channels for impact through targeted content and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitiveness.
Align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies and organizational objectives.
Establish and track key performance metrics to gauge social media effectiveness.
Explore new technologies and partnerships to innovate social media strategies.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Provide strategic counsel on social media matters to senior leadership.
Drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic social media initiatives.

You fit in with us, if…

You have proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role, with a focus on LinkedIn.
Have in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and advertising options.
Have strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Are full proficiency of English languages skills.
Are proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Are creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
