What is the role about?
  • Employee support: You act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries - delivering assistance and promptly resolving HR-related issues to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle.
  • Leadership guidance: You collaborate closely with supervisors/hiring managers - offering day-to-day support in areas such as feedback, staff development, coaching, staffing, compensation, and organizational development.
  • HR operations and compliance: You contribute in implementing individual HR measures, administer employee compensation and preparatory payroll and ensure continous legal compliance and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employee engagement and HR process optimization: You contribute to building an attractive employer brand, execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinate performance reviews and appraisals, take over the re-/staffing of positions in recruitment and the onboarding/offboarding of employees, furthermore you orchestrate training initiatives and contribute to HR policy creation and enforcement.
You fit in with us, if…
  • you have a successfully completed academic degree or vocational training with a focus on HR - we also appreciate career changers with relevant professional experience in the field of HR / People Management.
  • you have at least thre to five years of professional experience in human resources management in a generalistic / not specialized role.
  • you have exceptional communication skills, are fluent in German and have very good skills in the English language (both German & English skills necessary in day to day operations!).
  • you have very good knowledge of the current MS Office tools and already experience in working with a HR management system.
  • you are passionate about working with people from different cultural backgrounds in a technologically challenging market environment and have an affinity for networking.
